Donation Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION
Donations can generally be cancelled the same day the transaction was made. All donations after that will be refunded per the procedures below, if applicable.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refund requests are acknowledged via email and reviewed by the accounting department. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (checks, credit and debit card) within 10 business days. If rejected, we will notify you via email to the email address on file, as to the reason for the determination.
Refund Standards
• Refund requests less than $100.00-- can be done online in Kindful and will be returned to the original payment method (cash donations will be returned via check).
• Refund requests more than $100.00-- the donor must call the office for review and consideration. The processing time for donations over $100.00 can take up to 15 business days or longer depending on method of payment and whether the funds have been collected (cleared) from the donors account and deposited to the Send Hope Now bank account.
• Original checks that have not been deposited will be returned to the donor.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• Please first check your bank account
• Contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is processed
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
